Located conveniently near the airport, this property receives deeply divided feedback. Guests frequently praise the highly attentive front desk staff and clean rooms, though serious reliability issues with the shuttle service, parking fees, and structural cleanliness persist. Safety concerns regarding exhaust fumes in certain rooms are also noted.
Their shuttle service SUCKS! I waited at the airport for almost 1.5 hours and called 3 times asking where they were. They said that I just missed the shuttle, so it wouldn’t be back for an for 30- 45mins, then I called after an hour and they said they couldn’t park, so they just left, and then the third time she said the driver said there was no one there. I ended up catching a ride with a completely different hotel driver because he noticed I had been there a very long time, so he dropped me off at the hotel. Honestly, I should have just taken a Uber! Also, if you are on the bottom floor - beware! Cars and trucks back up into the parking spots which puts their tailpipes right next to your heater unit. The exhaust from cars warming up fills your room if your heater unit is running - the nausea and headache I got from this alone was not worth the +100.00 I paid to stay here. It is very dangerous! *I do have one good thing - the lady at the front desk when I checked in was kind, and the lady who came to tell me I could change rooms because my fridge was broken was also very nice.
Ground floor room as we had lots of bags. Reserved 2 nights but had to leave a day early because of the flights being full the next 2 days. Wish we could've stayed, but due to circumstances wish we could've got a refund for the one day. it was nice to be close to the airport.
Due to a delay caused by Delta Air Lines, I was provided with a hotel voucher for accommodation. However, Delta issued the voucher without confirming hotel availability, and when I arrived, the hotel was already fully booked. Despite this situation, a front desk staff member named Yamil went above and beyond to assist the guests by arranging alternative accommodations. In addition, I accidentally canceled the voucher myself, and Delta was not reachable from my international phone number. Even so, Yamil personally contacted Delta on my behalf and worked diligently to find a solution. I am deeply grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. I truly wish her all the best and many blessings.
Children with disabilities are not weak, broken, or less capable. They are among the bravest souls on this earth. Every day, they wake up to a world that is not designed for them. Simple things that we take for granted—walking, speaking, studying, playing—often require double the effort, courage, and patience from them. When a Divyang child smiles, that smile carries hidden pain, silent struggles, and untold strength. Many of these children come from families that already struggle financially. Medical treatments, therapy, special education, mobility aids—everything costs more, while opportunities remain fewer. Yet, they dream just like any other child: to learn, to grow, to be respected, and to live with dignity. What hurts the most is not the disability—it is society’s ignorance. A careless stare, a harsh word, or simple neglect can break a child’s confidence forever. These children don’t need pity; they need understanding, inclusion, and support. Your small act of kindness can change a life. A donation is not just money—it is hope. It is a wheelchair that allows a child to move freely, books that open the door to education, therapy that reduces pain, and care that brings confidence back into their eyes. If you truly want to make a difference, start today. You don’t need to search far—the QR code is placed on the profile display picture (DP). One scan can turn tears into smiles, darkness into light, and struggle into strength. When you support Divyang children, you don’t just help them—you bless your own life with compassion, positivity, and happiness. Please don’t ignore them. See them with your heart. Donate today.
Great stay overall, made even better by Yamel at the front desk. She was incredibly gracious, friendly, and always welcoming. Her positive attitude and helpful recommendations for places to visit really enhanced our experience. She truly made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel thanks to the warm and inviting vibe she brings!
After such a long journey, I missed my Delta flight, and when I arrived at the hotel, Yamel and Paola were the kindest and most efficient people I could have encountered. Their attention made me feel comfortable and safe. They also helped me fix the heating. They truly provide outstanding service and treat people with great care and kindness.
Very pleased! Mrs Yamel is awesome She helped me and my sons when we had an unexpected layover at the airport! Made the process so smooth and enjoyable! If you need a place to stay close to the airport BOOK HERE!! Beautiful hotel quiet, clean, and breakfast was good!
Well lit, clean place, great breakfast. Again, very clean. I really enjoyed my stay there, as I was on a very long road trip. The bar next door had a great burger and large beers. Sorry Utah, I like beer! It is a strange city though. I have visited a few times. See ya next round.
EDITED: They responded doubling down that I snuck a dog in. Where would I have gotten this dog? I literally checked in at midnight after flying into salt lake from Seattle and delta canceled my flight home to Montana and comped me a room here. I checked out at 7am and took the shuttles back to the airport. Either you have me confused with someone else on your cameras or you’re just trying to make a quick $50. Regardless the incompetency is out of this world. I have a report open with choice hotels and I will be dying on this hill. Everyone else, please avoid this hotel at all costs. Something is truly wrong with this place and the people running it. Would leave a negative review if I could! These people are scammers. Did not give me my refund back because I had a dog with me. I literally got there at midnight because my flight got canceled and Delta booked me at this dump. I did not have a dog with me. I’ve called multiple times and not gotten any assistance. Told the manager would review the footage to verify if I had an animal with me. I think they’re trying to scam people. Why was it noted I had a pet in the first place? Seems like an easy way for this shitty hotel to get a quick buck. Carla was the most unhelpful and unsympathetic customer service I’ve received in a long time. I’m contacting delta to let them know to stop working with these crooks.
Old property with definitely old world look and color. Rooms are ok but have a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom was tidy. Service was ok. Breakfast has very limited options. They have a shuttle to airport but you've to book it early.
