This extended-stay property offers kitchenettes and suites, but guest experiences are split by season and management. Recent reviews highlight rapid turnover in ownership and administration, leading to sudden price increases and staffing issues for long-term residents, while many recent guests praise the friendly staff and reasonable daily rates.

I stayed here for 3 years! Their management is amazing especially Alicia and Cameron! Misha is such a great employee and truly knows how treat guests with hospitality! They have amazing monthly and weekly rates! Even there daily rates are usually cheaper than most of the cheapest hotels and it’s way better quality! Thick towels, kitchens have a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stovetop! There sweets are the price of most regular hotel rooms and they are so nice. They have a separate bedroom with the door that has a closet in it and they have a living room and a full kitchen in their suites. I love staying here!!!

Our stay was amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Cameron and all of the staff are the best and so well mannered. Even housekeeping was great!! By far my best stay at aa motel. Stayed for 2 months and never had an incident. Will definitely stay again..

Warning! My friend stayed at this hotel and had a horrible experience on Friday 2/14! Despite having a "do not disturb" sign on her door, the maid entered their room. When she came back to the room she noticed that her personal bag had been moved and some food had been taken. Fortunately the staff at the front desk resolved the situation quickly. But I would feel very uncomfortable staying there if staff is entering the room and touching people's belongings.

They got me off the street when no other hotel would check me in with my expired DL and I won't forget that, they later tightened up their valid State ID policy like everyone else don't know why didn't keep the dirt bags out of the place! But all in all my stay was ok and the staff did a great job , they're a pretty good bunch. I stayed there for four months and only new them a little but I won't forget you people or what you did for me, I would have stayed longer but I couldn't afford it anymore and couldn't take the noisy neighbor's either . See y'all on the flip side ? Kevin AKA "Sonny"

Stayed in room 220 on the second floor for a single night only thank God. Look I dont ask for perfection its a cheap hotel stay and I understand that but when the blankets and sheets appear stained, the floors are unclean and slick creating a slipping hazard walking around the kitchenette, and there are roaches present in the room and in the bathroom there is a huge problem. I have never felt so grossed out staying in a hotel room I feel I would have been better off in a motel 6 which is really sad. Overall my worst hotel experience to date.

Older rough hotel. Stayed from 10/20/2025 to 10/31/2025. It's ok for a temporary place to rest your head. Poor water pressure on the shower and bathtub spouts. Relatively clean rooms. A roach did crawl across the bathroom counter one day though. Lots of residential drug addicts smoking or cooking hard drugs and the hotel reeks of it. Had to wash a many of my things to get rid of the smell. 2 fire alarm soundings in 2 days which was not pleasant and resulted in lost sleep. First being Friday 10/24/2025 at about 11:55PM and the second being Sunday 10/26/2025 at about 4:30PM. And no appearance from the fire department either time. No one takes the alarm seriously unfortunately. Many questionable people staying at the hotel but they tend to keep to themselves. Lots of nearby amenities. I've stayed in better and I've stayed in worse

I stayed here for 8 nights w/ a friend of mine and I quite like it, it’s really close to the target and there are a bunch of food and cafe spots within walking distance. The room comes with an oven a microwave a coffee pot, a fridge and a toaster, as well as pots and pans, plates and cups, a strainer, silverware, knives and spatulas, and an ice tray. The only thing that was a problem was that we saw a few cockroaches in the room at night, which personally isn’t a huge problem for me but my friend was not very happy about it, we’re buying some roach killer today to deal with it. But other than that staff was nice and helpful and overall a good experience. I’m not sure If they have breakfast because I’m never awake to catch it but the target is 2 min away like I said so it’s not a big deal

I’m scared to be here as a solo traveler. The peeling paint, missing ceiling tiles and rancid odors are just the tip of the iceberg. Renters look like they are off the street for the night. Pipes in the ceiling are exposed in hallway and leaking so much that a gray rolling bin stays in the hallway. The exit door by gazebo is always open (so much for security protocols). People are drinking 12 packs of beer and smoking weed in the gazebo. People are tailgating and having fire pits in the front parking lot though there’s a back lot. My Room smells awful. Only one elevator at the end of the hallway so the rooms at the far opposite end require some walking. No daily cleaning services until you leave. You have to trade towels in person. The cleaning lady got mad at me for grabbing my own towel from her cart after dumping my dirty ones in her bin. In Spanish she told me cameras are watching her yet I see no cameras in the halls...just missing tiles and leaking pipes so that made me suspicious of where the cameras actually are. No breakfast as noted on hotel sites (just coffee and tea in breakfast room.) Front desk man with glasses and dirty blonde hair is lacking customer service skills. Guests (residents) are in the front chatting with clerks all the time. Keycard would stop working each time that blonde man was at the desk but no problem with other clerks (I stayed for 4 days). Had a letter posted on my door warning guests that communal areas will only be accessible to listed guests after Oct 6. Groups of People live here and set up hanging plants and displays in windows. It is so wild. Good aspect: It’s near several eateries and stores within walking distance. Paid avg $80/ nite booked a month or 2 in advance. I recommend you Pay a little more for a nicer place than to risk your safety or the safety of your vehicle and belongings.

Hotel was clean and the location was good. Service rated a 3 star as they provide essential service only, and clean the rooms weekly so you have to clean up after yourself but they let you know this when booking. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would choose to stay there again.

We have been here for going on 3 months and the front desk ladies are the greatest ever! Crystal and Alicia are amazing! They go above and beyond to help us when they can! I never see Crystal sitting down she is always cleaning something and making it a nice place to stay, and Alicia always has a smile on her face and is willing to help when needed! They make it a great place to stay!!
