This used to be one of my Favorite Hotels! However, my last trip here was a bit disappointing. Room was clean but Furniture had Black Marks all over like someone had put there shoes all over the cushions and chairs. So made the room feel dirty.

The hotel is extremely busy, it's off the highway. The room was nice, not a whole lot of bathroom annemeties, no shower cap, ear plugs, and so forth. We stayed for 2 nights and 1 day. After driving for 8 hrs, we thought of relaxing in the hot tub, no chance. The hot tub was not avaliable it was filled with 12 kids/teenagers. The pool has 4 adults chatting with like 15 kids in the pool. The hallway was load, kids running up and down the halways. The room above us keep stopping, dropping things on the floor, it spunded as they were wrestling and had a heard time falling asleep. Channels on TV is limited, nothing much to watch other than local channels and news.

Good location. However this past weekend at this location was horrendous. No matter when I went to the front desk it clearly was like I was disturbing both women. The young lady who is expecting was very kind . I don't know what happened to the other young lady with the New York accent she was exceptionally welcoming .When we arrived she had received a call that her dog had passed away you could see the heartbreak in her eyes even with all that emotional pain she still managed to smile and made us welcome. As long as me and my family have been coming here no one has ever invited us to become members. She got us in early ,quickly providing room and location options stated the perks to becoming and IHG rewards member. WE SIGNED UP. She unloaded our luggage from the car and brought it to our room . NOW THATS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Naomi also provided great service provided us with restaurant options. Nia was tolerable she's looks the guest as a transaction no more no less. We are guests not a transaction

The staff was great. Accomodating. Very good breakfast. Tv choices were kind of lacking. Furniture and room was outdated but they had a fridge, Keurig, microwave. Plenty of good hot water. It was an extremely convenient location to Intermountain Hospital which was my purpose for staying. Discount was applied at the Front Desk because I was going to the hospital on just my word.

No black out curtains. Could wake you up when the sun is up. Easy hear rooms next door and steps from upstairs. AC is loud like airplane engine. Good thing has microwave in room. Big size refrigerator.

1 star This was one of the worst Holiday Inn Express experiences I’ve had. When we arrived around 4:00 PM, a full hour after the listed check-in time, the lobby was full of guests waiting for their rooms to be ready. After we got checked in we went to our room, which had the door held open by the security latch for some reason? The bigger issue came afterward the next day: my bill had multiple “Suite Shop” charges on it that I absolutely did not make or authorize. These were not one or two small mistakes. There were repeated charges added to my room, for purchases I never made. That points to a serious administrative problem at this location. Either their internal controls are sloppy, their staff is not properly verifying room charges, or management is failing to run a basic hotel operation competently. Whatever the cause, guests should not have to audit their bill like they are investigating a tiny financial crime scene. The breakfast was also noticeably low offering quality compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations of the same caliber. However, the breakfast staff WAS polite and helpful. Nothing about the stay felt well-managed, polished, or up to brand expectations. Between the rooms not being ready an hour after check-in, the poor breakfast, and unauthorized shop charges appearing on my bill, something is clearly wrong with how this location is being managed. I would not stay here again, and I would strongly recommend checking your bill line by line if you do.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The room was tidy and well-prepared when I arrived. Everything worked properly, and I didn’t run into any issues. The staff was polite and made the check-in process smooth. The hotel felt clean and organized, and the location made it easy to get around.

April 16-20, 2026 this was a pleasant three night stay. The entire facility was very clean and orderly. Our room 415 was spacious and well equipped with a king, closet, bureaus, nightstands, nesting work table, sofa, and coffee table. There was also a Kuerig coffee maker which we used several times a day. Twin elevators, and n ice machine that worked really well. There’s also a gym and pool but we did not use them. Had breakfast three days there, kind of hum drum and the lady running the place seemed to have an issue with keeping things stocked. The receptionists other than checking in never really acknowledge your presence coming and going, in the multiple times I entered and exited each not one greeted us. This hotel was excellent! The young lady who checked us in was very helpful and knd. The only problem we encounter was there was no hairdryer in the room. The girl was working alone at the desk and could not assist me causing me to go out with a wet head...but that was all
