This Country Inn & Suites generally receives positive feedback, particularly regarding the friendly and accommodating staff, especially those at the front desk like Dawn, Autumn, and Laura. Recent reviews highlight a clean environment and good breakfast options, however, several recent complaints detail issues with room cleanliness, particularly dated conditions and visible stains or unsanitary conditions. Pool and hot tub outages have also been reported.
I've stayed there for 2 full weeks and only they did my room twice and thats because I had to go downstairs and told them. Front desk stuff is not nice but only 2 of the ladies that work at night. They need to hire a good manager to run this place because it's a small place with 3 floors only. I was in 2nd floor and a big tree was rubbing on the windows all nights told then to cut couple of brunches off the tree and the only thing they said was " we see what we can do" first and last time staying at this place not worth it for over $1600 for 11 nights
Would of rated it higher but the indoor pool has been closed since I checked in 4 days ago-supposedly for "cleaning ". Does it really take that long to clean a pool? I have asked and been told repeatedly it should of been done yesterday. On the bright side breakfast has been great. A large variety to choose from. Room was clean. The bed could be updated. Was kinda lumpy in spots. Location was good. Just too bad the pool is out of order.
Autumn checked me in, she was so kind and accommodating. Sierra was the overnight worker, also so kind and accommodating, and Miss Dawn was the morning staff, she was so kind and accommodating as well. I was so impressed with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend and will use them again. Thank you all.
From the moment I walked in I was treated as family. The folk here from staff to management to owner makes every effort to ensure your stay is amazing. The rooms are clean spacious and are very comfortable. My company Knight Refrigerated uses this hotel often. It's amazing to me that a hotel can be so inviting and friendly. Not to mention the Hot free breakfast that's kept fresh and hot during service hours. Thank Yall for another amazing stay.
I drive for Penske logistics and I recently stayed here on November 13rh 2025 and I have to say this Country Inn was fabulous! My room was top notch and very clean. The breakfast here was very good as other hotels I have stayed at were not merely as good as here. The most important part of my stay is Krystal. Krystal was so kind and has the most perfect personality. She is awesome and her hospitality is wonderful, thank you Krystal and kudos to you!
Hotel is a bit dated but the breakfast options are great for a hotel. You don't see these types of breakfasts anymore. They have a changing menu each morning. I was surprised to see French toast and omelets. The rooms were very spacious. When our sink wouldn't drain they fixed it right away. They even let us enjoy the hot tub a little after it was scheduled to close. It was very comfortable and welcoming.
Behold, the chair of my nightmares. I didn't even set my shoes on this thing. I think we all know what those white marks are. You can tell they gave very little effort to wipe them off too. I can't imagine coming here with kids and watching them run, and jump, onto this thing straight off the get. The rest of the room wasn't much better. Food/dirt stains on the carpet. The couch was missing crews and was sinking in. We got to the hotel and I instantly went on priceline to search for a new one. I was unable to find one as there was an event in the city, so I ended up staying. The staff were the highlight for sure. Very friendly and I had good conversation with many of them.
My partner and I visited for my birthday. The staff are incredible - super kind and friendly. I needed to print something out, and they helped me do it. Also, MASSIVE shoutout to Linda, the shuttle driver, who helped us out with the drive to the airport and really went the extra mile for us. Heart of gold. Thank you also to the front desk staffer who helped us out with this. Greatly appreciate you
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. It was so dirty and disgusting. There were stains everywhere, from the carpet, to the walls, to the blinds, even the lamp shades. I was so horrified and grossed out. When I went to talk to the receptionist she seemed very indifferent and didn’t not care about my complaint. She said that they receive complaints like this all the time. I explained that I would like a different room and she said the only room left was a suite and she couldn’t give me that room because it costs more money. When I asked if I could get room service to do a deep clean she said she would try to get it to her manager and took a note, but said she probably won’t get it. That’s just great customer service. I have a horrible, gross, disgusting room and the best they can do for me is to write a note down on a piece of paper and possibly pass it on to her manager, never mind the fact that they didn’t offer me the suite. Any decent hotel place would have offered their customer the upgrade free of charge because it’s good customer service. Well, the note evidently got lost because they never deep cleaned the room or offered a different room. Oh, and they never replenished my shampoo either. I would never, ever, ever, recommend this place to anyone in good conscience to stay at. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here. I work for a very big company that does a lot of business here, and I showed them the pictures of my room and their going to black list this hotel. Below are the pictures of the room I stayed at.
Company puts us up here but never a bad experience. 90% of staff are very friendly. It's older but kept clean. Comfy beds. Only knock, every room I've ever stayed in, toilets don't always flush, you'll have to wait a bit and flush again but no backups. ?
