Quiet location not far from airport. Variety of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast with real plates and silverware.

A good option for stays during business travels with spacious rooms complete with sofa, chairs n study table. Lots of eating options (Mexican, Thai) and couple of good bars within 5 mins walking distance. Breakfast buffet is pretty good too.

I’ve never heard of crystal before so I was a little hesitant to book especially since it was so inexpensive compared to other hotels. Well, no worries here! I had a great experience. The breakfast had a variety that changed daily . The hotel is older but is in good condition, never felt dirty or had signs of aging. Location seemed safe. Lots of families here so seemed pretty safe if you have kids. It appears to be a locally owned brand so it’s great to support a smaller business instead of a big hotel corporation!

Customer service was terrible. We stayed there Feb 23 -27 2026. Due to a medical confirm, I asked for 2 extra pillows. Every night they made up an excuse that there was not ONE extra pillow to be spared in the whole hotel. They claimed it was full or 90% full and couldn’t spare ONE extra pillow. Even in an unrented room, which I asked. They seemed like this was fun to them at the front desk to refuse this. Then the fourth day they even refused to clean the room. I want a full refund for crappy service all around.

Really nice hotel, super clean, not expensive and breakfast is included. Breakfast in the weekend was excellent, the one of the week a tiny less but still pretty good. I would recommend this place, nice view on the mountains aswell

The breakfast was terrible. The room was comfortable. The TV in the guest room did not work. The hot tub was not working when we stayed.

The staff was always great, the rooms were clean and neat. The location was very good, close to every other place. I really loved this place.

Super clean rooms as well as property. The rooms were very large, only down was no safe in rooms and you can really hear the hallway noise. Great large selection breakfast. Very nice cleaning and breakfast staff. The front desk staff was ok, not too friendly. Night desk clerks were funny though. Would stay again as location was great for our events and prices well. Wish the rooms had safes and included lotion with the toiletries.

The best value for money in the area. There are two more hotels near, cheaper, but they don't worth it. Crystal Inn is the best deal for the money you pay. The pool is wonderful. I'll give 4 stars for the room because I always need some light and I don't know why most of hotels doesn't provide enough light in the room. For sure I'll stay in this hotel in a next visit to West Valley City.

I normally try to avoid places like this but it did meet my criteria of not being a national chain and was reasonably priced and I needed a place for the first night of my trip where I could arrive late without bothering anyone. I was mildly pleased. It wasn't the most amazing but the room was VERY clean and was huge. Check in took under 30 seconds.
