We recently stayed at Embassy Suites Salt Lake City West Valley and had a great experience. Traveling with two German Shepherds can sometimes be challenging, but the staff was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and welcoming to our dogs from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. We also enjoyed room service—the portions were generous and the food was surprisingly good. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. The fresh omelets were excellent, and the chefs and breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The location was another plus. It’s close enough to downtown Salt Lake City to be convenient, while still being far enough away to provide a quieter environment that didn’t overwhelm our dogs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for travelers with pets. We would gladly stay here again.

The room was gorgeous, especially the bathroom and shower. I loved the layout and architecture. My only complaints were the ultra flat pillows and the cushions on the couch slanted down making it uncomfortable to sit on. The service was excellent from everyone we interacted with, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stayhere again next time I'm in the area.

The location is perfect for driving to other nearby places and less than a half hour Trax ride to downtown SLC and sports venues.The made to order breakfast Omelettes and other breakfast options are great. Our digital room keys never worked and the front desk said they couldn’t troubleshoot any such problems associated with the Hilton app. Good thing we asked for room key cards.

This is a really nice hotel. I didn't go to the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. The room 515 was so so nice. It wrapped around in a circle. Breakfast was AMAZING! It was the BEST bacon I've ever had at any hotel hands down. Hopefully it's the same every time.

Super friendly staff. Awesome breakfast. Wife and kids loved it. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. Under 45 minutes (with no traffic) to Snowbird and Alta ski resorts.

The front desk lady Annie who checked me in was amazing! She was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. After a long day, her positive attitude and helpfulness meant more than she probably knows! She made me feel truly welcomed. Thank you for such wonderful service!

Will never stay at this hotel again. When my wife and I checked into a room at 3, Annie, who was working the front desk, checked us in. She, was not very hospitable. We walked up to the desk and she just stared at us. In the evening we left our room, and when we came back, we were not able to get back into our room. We went downstairs, and Annie, the same front desk worker as before, was no where to be found. After standing there for about 5 minutes she finally showed back up. When I explained that we were not able to get back into our room she told me “there was a situation”. She had checked in the wrong individual, instead of us, which could’ve been easily avoided because she could’ve asked clarifying questions. And said that she would need to check us in again. There was no apology or accountability for the mix up that happened. When it comes to customer service it was administered poorly.

Great hotel, with a lot of activities & nearby restaurants. Phenomenal views from your hotel windows. Daily room service & plenty of options for breakfast included cook to order eggs & omelets

The hotel lobby was immaculate and well maintained; however, the guest room was mediocre and did not meet expectations for the property. Staff interactions were acceptable overall but lacked attentiveness and professionalism. A significant issue occurred during the night shift. I was locked outside due to a malfunctioning digital key. Despite explaining the situation via the intercom and offering to present my ID, the night auditor repeatedly instructed me to keep retrying the app rather than providing immediate assistance. I was left outside in freezing conditions for an extended period, which was extremely uncomfortable and avoidable. This experience reflected a lack of urgency and customer care during a critical moment and negatively impacted my stay. Never again staying here again! ?

Having stayed with family over Thanksgiving and the Holidays I expected to be greeted with Courtesy and care. Upon checkout and waiting in lobby for my Uber I asked to use the Lobby restroom and was told NO stating restroom are for registered guests only! I couldn't be more Disappointed in Customer Care!
