If I could give NO STARS I would. I wish I read reviews before I booked my stay. I have NEVER had issues with staying at a La Quinta before, so I did not think I had too. I book through hotels.com and nowhere on their site does it say it is under construction. The hotel itself did not contact me prior to check in and let me know that they were under construction prior to arrival. Upon arriving it looked sketch, the lobby was closed and there was just a table at the door. There was trash every where from construction. I had my severely autistic daughter with me who likes to elope and put things in her mouth. There was no way I was comfortable being in that mess. Plus the pool was closed. The wifi did not work. We had no tv connection. They just said they were working on it. I spoke to the manager in the morning. She claimed that nobody told her about the wifi and she would reset it. We only ended up staying one night and left early. A family member got us somewhere else to stay. I have since tried calling to speak to the manager and have been told she is not in. I have called today and I am being ignored and sent to a full voicemail. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I would seriously not bother staying here. It's literally disgusting. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! You say they have a pool but it is clearly not working and it looks gross as hell. Even just pulling up to this building. You can tell that it is extremely random. You can tell it's in the remedies but as we entered the building immediately. Saw a sign stating that the building has been condemned!! It looks like they have never vacuumed the hallways. The room we had didn't look all that bad but it was dirty. They gave us a WiFi password and when turning in the TV it wouldn't work and there was no channel guide so watching TV was not an option. When we went at the desk to ask about the Wi-Fi the way he stated that it was down and might be fixed later but she was clearly lying. They didn't have the do not disturb signs and when we tried asking for one of those as well she said she will send someone up with one and never did. I wish I would have check the reviews sooner. I have no clue how this place is still selling rooms and getting away it! I'm serious BEWARE and spend the extra money somewhere else.

DONT STAY HERE! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!this place is horrible. Theu advertise a swimming pool which is nasty and not open. The room still had chip crumbs on the floor from previous guests. The tv didnt have any channels, the Wifi didnt work. And when you ask they will say it should be working. The hallways are covered in crumbs and look like they've never ben cleaned. Some of the doors around the hotel have signs from the health department.

In the spirit of full disclosure I didn't even stay in this hotel. I had a reservation through the Wyndam app a about a month earlier for a King Suite with the seperate bedroom and pull out couch in the living room because I needed two beds and privacy. Upon arrival the property is under heavy renovation and the front lobby had been moved into the front entry breezeway on a makeshift plastic table for the construction activities. I am informed that all the suites are not available due to the renos and I shouldn't have been able to book one. They offered a normal king room as an alternative and would not provide me with a second room (adjoining or not) to allow for the extra bed and privacy needed for my booking but insted allowed for a cancelation and then I took my business to a nearby option which is where I normally stay in the area anyway...just solidifying the mistake of giving this La quinta a shot at earning my future business... Edit: They proceeded to try to charge my credit card on the reservation after being told it was cancelled and confirming the cancelation on Wyndam website! BEWARE

From check-in to check-out, the staff at this hotel set the bar. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, quick with a smile, and somehow two steps ahead of what we needed — early check-in handled without a fuss, extra towels appearing before we even asked. The rooms match that same level of care: spotless, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. Our bed was cloud-comfortable with crisp linens, the bathroom felt spa-grade with great water pressure, Quiet, calming, and just luxe enough without trying too hard. It’s the kind of place where details are handled so well you can finally exhale.

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest and worked in my budget, and I've stayed at hotels like it before, don't mind la quintas and figured it wouldn't be as bad as it was. We arrive at the hotel to come find that it is currently under construction, mattress in the stairways, halls being repainted etc. Didn't think it a very big deal inconvenient but you get what you pay for. Then, find out our room is right across from a room getting remodeled, and this is NOT on the construction company they were doing their job, but from 8-6 everyday there were loud banging noises and just general construction noises. But okay it's fine, it's understandable the walls are thin. Our shower starts leaking but a construction guy catches it and fixes it, okay newly remodeled room whatever, as we come and go for what we came into town to do, come to find out none of the other doors that lead in or out of the hotel work so can only go through the front. At one point trying to find a door we could go out of find a room with a condemed sign on it, but at this point it's our last night. And then we check out everything seems good, I see get our ridiculously high incidental deposit back. Stop to get gas before hitting the road and come to find out I was charged a $100 for damages of...towels. for towels getting stained. Yes I have brightly colored hair, yes it sometimes runs, yes I am as careful as I can be with it. So I called them and they state because we 'damaged' multiple towels (stayed wensday-saturday) we were charged, and that this hotel has different policies then ever other hotel I've ever stayed in. Anyway, sketchy location and if you even consider using a towel it seems like you'll be charged 0/0 don't recommended

This hotel goes above and beyond for guest accommodations. They were extremely friendly and willing to be helpful in any way possible. The rooms are completely renovated and still have a brand new smell and feel to them which was very pleasing. Thank you for the awesome stay and reasonable prices.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! You're better off sleeping in your car and taking a sponge bath in a gas station sink! Dirty, smelly, gross and rude dishonest employees. I wish I could leave zero stars! Sleeping the local homeless community in a tent would have been a better experience than this place. The beds are about as comfortable as a hay bail with a sheet but that's the least of my complaints here. I checked in late and my other hotel had overbooked their rooms so I had to find someplace else. All other local hotels were booked out so I came here. Huge mistake. The guy checking me in was fine and not unfriendly. Upon check-in he told me there would be my room charge and a $50 refundable deposit. That's normal. My card was charged more than quoted for the room as well as a $150 deposit and an additional $28 for who knows what. Now, I'm not one to complain and I usually just suck it up and move on. I can deal with uncomfortable beds, lack of amenities, poor location, etc. Just give me a clean room and decent customer service and I'll make due with the rest. I calmly spoke to the front desk and inquired about the charges. They immediately agued with me over the deposit amount however claimed it will be refunded (it still hasn't been). They said the $28 charge was for a "stained towel" which is terribly inaccurate unless I became even dirtier AFTER showering, which I suppose is possible given how gross this place is, but.... there was no stained towel. They continually argued, calling me a liar in stating I had not stained any towels. Give me a break. When asking to speak to a manager or franchise owner they refused and claimed they had no phone number, email or even name to give me. I've filed a claim with Wyndham but fat chance anything will be done. There are loose wires coming from the wall from where a smoke detector should have been but was removed. Hope your nose works well and you can smell smoke in your sleep. Luckily it's only one floor so you can hop out the window quickly if need be. Reporting this to the fire department including pictures I took. $300+ lesson learned I guess. Hopefully nobody else makes the mistake I did. HORRIBLE in every way possible! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

TAKE MY ADVISE: Find another hotel to stay at… pay the extra $10-20/night to stay somewhere else cause this place was not worth it at all!! This was one of the worse hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The place is in disarray. Yes, they are remodeling, but if you are choosing to stay open and serve customer during the remodel, it needs to still be a good experience. This wasn’t! The door to our room was put on a crooked and was hard to open and close. Like we had to give it a good push for it to open. The closet door was also put on crooked so the same thing happened. As a ‘newly remodeled’ place, they need to get new workers cause they aren’t doing a good job at all!! We had NO HOT WATER in our room!! Lukewarm shower in Feb in Utah isn’t fun!! That didn’t help much!! I had taken a shower late in the night and when I realized we had no hot water I called the front desk. They said they are having issues with the water and could TRY to get me into a room that had hot water. By this time (almost midnight), my husband and I decided not to move rooms. It was midnight and we’re were ready for bed, we didn’t want to trek our luggage throughout the obstacle course in the hall to another room that may or may not have/keep hot water. I was freezing after my shower so I had to go to the front desk to ask for another blanket cause it was cold and was given a thin comforter (the one they put on top of the warm thicker blanket). On top of the hot water issue, the halls were an obstacle course! There were buckets, piles of wood/supplies, and tools piled throughout the hall. The hall carpets were filthy! Not only could they have used a vacuum (which should be a common daily cleaning practice—Period!!!), they needed to be cleaned/scrubbed. As a Wyndham platinum member I stay at Wyndham hotels often and this was by far my worst experience ever! Ultimately this was a horrible stay and I want a refund!

This hotel is the worst we've been to! They put us in a "newly renovated" room but the work on it sucks. I forgot we had stayed here before and got another room here and that was a big BIG mistake! When we checked in we told the girl last time we witnessed drug deals right in front of our window and she told us they upped security and were cleaning it up there so I felt better. That was until the next night when there was a dang drug raid in the room below us. We arrived back to the hotel to a bunch of cop cars blocking our parking and we had to walk past the cops and guys in handcuffs to go up to our room and now the door to their room is marked off. I will post pictures of what im talking about with the room and the door thats blocked off. The renovated room the floor is dirty id walk from the bathroom to the bed and my feet would be black, the shower door wouldn't shut so it kept getting the floor wet, the trim on the door is missing, the furnace is loud and sounds like its going to catch on fire, the bed is rock hard, there was paint on the floor, black marks on the light switch cover and the shower wall and the sink, there's a hole in the ceiling in the shower, the front door only shuts if you slam it and has paint chipped on it all over, the mud and taping on the ceiling is already cracking and the bathroom door wont latch shut, you have to slam it to shut it and the lock doesn't work. We let the front desk know when we checked out and they did nothing to make it right. All the rooms are under renovations but the renovations look horrible. Sloppy and hurried work. We will not be going back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Its an obvious drug spot and has some serious issues.
