Rooms are clean and nice. 4 stars for the overpriced rooms and breakfast. Loud neighbors as well.

Get what you expect from older Courtyard. I always forget these Courtyards have no free breakfast. Nice but dated rooms, good pool and hot tub. Perfect for families that don't want a free breakfast. Good location, super easy access from freeway. Huge gas station next door that has everything. Bring an extra 500 bucks for dinner at steakhouse across street. Lots of food options and entertainment all nearby. Don't order a drink at the bistro. If you do, the bartender will disappear for a few minutes, then return to present you with a weak beverage that is almost the opposite of what you were expecting. In these parts of Salt Lake it's so nice and clean and locals so friendly that something must be terribly wrong like vampires.

I am loyal to the Marriott group in my travels and usually spend 20+ nights a year in a hotel. The staff at this property is wonderful, and very courteous. For the property, you can tell it's an older property that was just kind of "spiffied up" rather than fully remodeled. If you are broad shouldered, this is not the place to stay for you. I am unable to stand straight in the shower as my shoulders touch the wall and shower door at the same time, there's just no room to move. Very claustrophobic shower stall. This is also the first Marriott property I've stayed at that doesn't have a microwave in the room, just has a small cooler and coffee maker. They do have one in the lobby for use, but that's rather inconvenient unless you have a reason to be going down to the lobby. Room is nice, yet on the smaller side for Marriott properties. Room is clean, but the shower/toilet room had long hair on the floor under the toilet paper roll. My room has a balcony, and that was a nice feature to step out on to get fresh air. Overall, the room is great if you are on the smaller side and don't get claustrophobic with tight spaces.

Friendly staff. Bed is good. Cozy feeling. Kind of noisy in the morning with doors and people in the hall so sleeping late wasn't an option. Good value for the price.

Excellent stay, room and hotel were clean and quiet. My room was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and professional. Front desk was able to fix customer service issue with Marriott account.

Everything here was top notch. Friendly staff, decent pool and gym room. Nice location, close to gas station and restaurants.

Old hotel.. our room was very dusty. You could see the dust bunnies hanging on the ceiling. I understand no more breakfast but no COFFEE in the lobby is ridiculous all we're left with is the garbage coffee in our room. Welcome to MORMON Utah.

So I've been staying for business nearer to the airport but this location just WON ME OVER! Maverick across the street for convenience, beautiful views, spotless rooms, and the staff including (Joe) at the front desk are really great!! I have pretty high standards and they killed it here!!

Clean rooms. Centrally located. Staff was very friendly and made us felt welcome. The only negative I would say about this hotel is the elevators are dated and could use some TLC. Overall great hotel.

I love this hotel. It is in a great location, near several dining options and shopping. The staff at this hotel are very kind and welcoming. Love the new renovations and how clean this hotel is. The swimming pool is very large for a hotel and it's open 24 hours. The General manager and staff do an exceptional job running this hotel.
