The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms are clean, although minor issues such as sticky doors and handles have been noted. My primary concern pertains to the general demeanor of the staff, as many appeared to convey an impression of doing guests a favor rather than providing attentive service. For example, one of the staff at the reception (male) was on his cellphone and when asked for something related to the hotel just raised his head making a face "you just interrupted me" and with a mad voice answered my question. Other coworkers experienced the same with this gentleman and other staff members of the restaurant.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and generally loved our experience. The rooms were spacious, and we liked the fact that the bedroom had doors separating it from the bathroom and living area. If you're looking for one of the best breakfasts in the hotel business, this is it. With a wide variety of choices, including made-to-order omelets, there is something for everyone. We couldn't figure out where the evening reception was held, but that was no big deal. We would have given the hotel five stars except for a few issues: they charge $10 a day for parking, and the walk-in shower only has a fixed glass panel covering half the stall, which allows plenty of water to end up on the bathroom floor. The shower floor was also quite slippery. Finally, there was a fire alarm at 10 PM when we were sound asleep after a long day, which irritated us to no end—especially without any explanation or apology from the staff. Because of these drawbacks, we are on the fence about returning.

Luxury experience for an affordable price! We were so impressed with our stay at Embassy Suites. Initial impression was the hotel is large and lobby very fancy. Very convenient location right next to the freeway. There is a restaurant built in the main level which has a bar & offers room service. Happy hour from 5:30-7 offers 2 free alcohol beverages for adults and a variety of charcuterie snacks for the whole family. Our room was very spacious for 5 people - 2 queen beds, plus a separate area with a fold out couch & kitchenette. Bathroom has a large walk in shower and lots of space. If you get a west facing room, you can see the Mormon temple lit up at night. Breakfast was fantastic! Bacon, sausage, crispy potatoes, baked goods, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, plus a made to order omelet bar. We appreciated the later checkout at noon We did have a couple issues with our stay. The lock on the sliding bathroom door was broken, so privacy was difficult. We called and asked for extra pillows, and the one that was delivered had a TERRIBLE body odor smell. The pool area was disappointing. It was very small for the amount of people the hotel holds and the water murky. There were so many people swimming, there wasn't enough towels for us to dry off with

The hotel itself is very nice, but I would not recommend staying here because of its scammy and sketchy business practices. They canceled my reservation after I had already checked in, then claimed I never checked in. Instead of taking responsibility, they were quick to blame the customer. They also failed to award the Hilton Honors points I was due, and having Hilton status doesn’t seem to make any difference in how you’re treated. After staying here for eight consecutive weeks, I expected much better service and professionalism. There are plenty of other Hilton properties in the area that provide a much better guest experience. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The stuff is very welcoming and helpful and very, very hospitable!!! Raina Dalby, the front office supervisor, helped with all the questions and needs I had, line receiving my food from the DoorDash and keeping it in the fridge while I was at the Ultradent conference! The breakfast is very good with many options!

Really great place to stay for families. We were able to comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids in a room since it is spacious and has a pullout couch. The room was clean and the included breakfast was very good. Loved the omelette bar and other available options. The only negative I can say is that the pool wasn't super clean-- it was pretty cloudy but the hotel was fully booked when we stayed and there was a lot of sports kids staying at the hotel and in the pool. Very close to a ton of stuff-- America First Field, Loveland Aquarium, malls and dining! There's a target within 5 minutes.

Clean, well maintained and comfortable beds. The included breakfast was amazing. Great job by Lucinda creating mouth watering cooked to order omelettes with her special homemade salsa. Well done!

I am beyond disappointed with Embassy Suites South Jordan SLC, and not just with this specific hotel, but with the entire Hilton brand. I booked the aforementioned property for an important work trip. Just days before my arrival, I was informed they had overbooked and needed to cancel my reservation. The Director of Sales assured me they would rebook me at a nearby Holiday Inn, promising comparable quality and amenities. Given the extremely short notice and the fact that a major medical conference had made other hotels in the area nearly impossible to secure, I had no choice but to accept, given that my trip was of the utmost importance as well. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened. Shortly after checking into the Holiday Inn, that Hilton rebooked me into, I discovered an infestation of bedbugs in the room. As a result, I had to discard over $700 worth of personal belongings and scramble to secure a last minute room elsewhere at more than $500 per night. I raised my concerns with Hilton about the position they had put me in by canceling my reservation and placing me in an unsafe alternative, to my dismay they took no responsibility. I contacted Hilton Guest Services and was told there was nothing they could do. There was no compensation, no Hilton Honors points, no meaningful apology, and no accountability. This experience caused significant financial loss and emotional distress, and the complete lack of care or resolution has been incredibly disheartening. I will not be booking with this hotel or any Hilton property again.

So far the best hotel to stay at and they have the best breakfast you could ask for and it’s free when you stay. The room is big enough for our family and at a more affordable price. The beds are not the most comfortable we have slept in, but comfortable enough for the few nights we usually stay. Again, I can’t express how great the breakfast is. I always get an omelet. They make those fresh right in from of you. Lots of other options for everyone though. Cereal, waffles, yogurts, boiled eggs, bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and assorted drinks are the only things I remember because that’s all my kids get.

Clean rooms, good natured atmosphere, good hot continental breakfast and not like normally is anywhere else. Willing to have large groups use the lounge for a good time or meetings. They have great associates that are friendly and just amazing.
