Guests consistently praise the clean, cozy accommodations and the exceptionally friendly, personalized staff, noting that management actively addresses specific issues. However, some guests have reported discomfort with specific rooms, particularly concerning musty smells, hard mattresses, and hot water temperature. A few negative experiences centered around breakfast availability issues and unexpected rate increases.
I have stayed here 3 years in a row. The hotel is quiet and also in the center of everything I want to do. The employees have always been so kind and helpful. Every concern or issue, they have helped us and taken care of our family. I will always come back.
Accomadations are very clean and cozy. Quality bed and good towels. Breakfast has a nice selection. My favorite though is this amazing staff. From the supervisors to the clerks to the maintenance and the housekeepers. They really care about guests and maintaining consistently high standards. I've stayed a few weeks and highly recommend this hotel. They treat me like family, its been nice to see their smiles everyday to. Thanks you guys for real.
My stay wasn’t that enjoyable. Room service only came to my room once during the whole 6 day stay, the breakfast is sub par, none of their breakfast applicants work, their coffee runs out , and staff has to constantly to be reminded/ asked to replace. Rooms are clean and comfortable and spacious . Staff is nice and helpful
A sudden medical emergency brought us to Murray, UT. The nearby location to Intermountain Hospital was a godsend. I was welcomed by the General Manager Yvonne Robertson. The room is bright, clean & comfortable. Minor issues quickly resolved. The staff greets you with a smile. Great coffee & a nice hot breakfast ease you into the day. For a probable weeks’ stay while my loved one recuperates, this is my home away from home. PS They also gave me a medical rate for the stay.
Ive been here for about 3 and a half weeks and the staff has been amazing!! Yvonne (i hope that's how you spell it) the general manager was always super kind and attentive to how my stay was going and my comfortability, Robyn the front desk manager made sure my reservations went by smoothly and payments were easy as well as provided amazing customer service. Tommy im unsure of his position but he was always there to give options to any problems I may have had. And nick the maintenance man was a huge help and was right on call to help me with needing anything. I loved being here and I definitely will be returning when im back in town!
We stayed here several times every time we are in SLC, we love the location because it’s closed to Chinatown, lots of good markets and food. The hotel offers delicious breakfast and very clean room. Theres a small area for pets.
I'm giving 2 stars because I originally booked my hotel directly at the desk for $90 a night about a week before I got there When I actually checked out 5 days after I got there, I ended up having to pay more than double that per night, my total was close to a thousand dollars for 5 nights when I was originally supposed to pay $450 for 5 nights. So I'm really not sure what happened there. I'll let it slide, but it has severely damaged my trust with the hilton company and I may reconsider staying with any of the hotels in the future. I also was told my points would go into my account as well, but I've not yet seen them in there. So again - I really don't know what's happening wrong where. But what I'm getting told and what I get charged or given is not the same. I will say that the service was great. The room was great, the place was quiet and clean. I'm more bothered by being told one thing and getting something else, if that makes sense.
We stayed here twice and absolutely loved it! We were able to take our dog with us. Robyn & Alexandra were extremely helpful anytime we needed anything. The only thing I would say is stay on the east side, if you’re on the west side all you’ll hear at night is State Street. The rest of the staff was kind and welcoming for anything you needed. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you all for the good stay!
AWESOME stay!!! Very nice room, just had a problem with having water that was too hot in the shower and it didn't allow any cool water to mix with it. The staff was incredible with a wonderful check-in experience. Also, we forgot some items in the room and called back a few hours later and the items were found we stopped back and they were returned to us!! Again a GREAT staff member was there to greet us and get our items for us. This hotel is in a super location and felt very safe. ?????
Staff was awesome. Location is great if you have someone in the hospital like we did. Unfortunately, the room we had 342 smell very musty like mold. There was a leak behind the fridge. They came and fixed, but the smell was pretty bad the whole week. My sleep was horrible because of the Matress being so hard. We really didn’t use the real much just to sleep in and be at the hospital all day so that’s all I have to go off of is the bed And the smell every time I came in and out. Also bring a cord if you want a smart tv. They are bigger but older Also, the parking lot gets super full at night almost no parking spots. It was tricky to get one. It’s about a 3 star hotel as advertised. Thanks to the staff.
