This property largely receives negative feedback regarding cleanliness, security, and service, with specific complaints about pests, broken amenities, and aggressive deposit return tactics. However, a small number of guests noted the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

$100 cash deposit, hair all over the pillows, bed bugs, can hear upstairs flushing toilet all night long. Great view of the fence. One channel on tv and you can't change it.

Beds were comfy.provided plenty of towles, and with as busy as they were it was still pretty quiet.

Actually I would give this motel any star. Rooms are bad with mouse running around in the room. Horrible experience of my life. They need to demolish that motel and build it better.

This was one of the most horrible choices I made. The place is very insecure and dirty with very bad location. When we reach there, the negative vibes caught me. Did saw at least 3 homeless in campus. The rooms had doors in open with no security in night. In the end within 5 minutes of checking in I booked another hotel and checked out from econo lodge. The receptionist was not surprised at all. Look at the photos to see how dirty the place was, I even can’t described in words.

Worst customer service and front desk management! Completely rude and disrespectful and treated like I was a bum off the street. Since when can you not visit with a friend that you buy lunch for and can’t just go in their room to eat lunch on a hot day inside, Where it’s cool. I understand their are bums in the area, but I certainly was not and my friend was a paying customer, who actually paid for two nights in advance. I wasn’t trying to stay the night or disrespect the hotel in anyway just simply wanted to eat lunch with a friend inside the room that was paid for, and I was treated so rude and I definitely want this to be known that no guests can come even if you are a paying customer you cannot have guests! They don’t allow it!

A wise man that could see into the future told me to come and stay at this lodge, and so I did. When I got to my room I found 1000$ in a briefcase under my bed, and a lady with liquid gold eyes just standing there, staring into my soul. Turns out I was in the wrong room, so I headed to my actual one. Nothing to note happened after that. -But it was truly a great experience.

!!!BEWARE!!! They're a bunch of thieves at this hotel. My friend and I stayed here for 1 night and they charged us a 100 cash deposit for incidentals which we were supposed to receive when we checked out. And it's been three days now and they still don't want to return our money. They have given us every excuse in the book from the manager not being there to open the safe, then it was the weekend so we waited till Monday I just left there office because they still don't want to return our money. None of the lights in our room worked, the television also did not work. Our shower water had no pressure. The room was dusty. Do your self a favor and do not rent at this dump.

Right at the start was bad. We walked up to get our rooms right when someone else was walking to the lobby complaining about ants in their room. We got into our room and it smelled really bad like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The sink was clogged, fridge was broken, microwave was broken. All the dirt from sweeping was put behind the front door. The key cards we got only worked once then we had to get new ones. It was a pretty bad experience. Even the lady at the counter was mean.

The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. They don't have security, and give everyone your keys. I left with a glascow smile, and a piece of my tooth cut out. We also, lost money through cell phone theft.
