Very nice people at this hotel. For a business traveler who needs a work space, this hotel room format may not be suitable. The desk under the TV is just a 24 inch "shelf" that holds the TV, and what they call a desk is a pull out table that is TINY at 24" deep and 36" wide and about the width of the chair. That is not enough room for me to work. I showed up for a reservation and when I saw the room I explained that I would have to move to a hotel with a room where I could work in the evenings. They charged me for one day even though I left as soon as I saw the room. If you don't need to work and are looking for a relaxed atmosphere for you and your kids, it is probably a great format with more space downstairs and less space in the rooms. But my kids like to do puzzles and games, and there is no place for anything like that. If you just come in and sleep & shower, you are probably OK. No closet though, so good luck with hanging out your clothes. :(

It was a rough travel day and my family arrived very late. As soon as I texted Meriam, (I am probably spelling her name wrong and apologize) everything improved. The shuttle driver was such a wonderful person and helped us with our many bags. Thank you so much to these 2 amazing people for saving our day and getting us to our room so quickly!

Had a great stay at Tru by Hilton SLC airport. The hotel is impeccably clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s a simple no frills hotel experience but the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of offerings. The price was very affordable and I have no complaints. The airport shuttle was fast and the driver was really friendly. It’s a great affordable night stay and I have no complaints.

I'm always pleased with the staff and my stay overall, but this time an amazing woman named Danielle went above and beyond to help a very exhausted traveler check into an available room. I drove 9 hours for work related events and needed to get ready for more work. I can't thank Danielle enough for her time and help ?

This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are very clean! The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! My only suggestion is that i wish they would offer a little firmer pillow. We look forward to our next visit.

After spending a week in a rustic cabin in Yellowstone Park, Tru by Hilton SLC was a welcome site. King size bed with the expected comfort only from Hilton. I really like the fact the furniture was modular and can be moved to where most needed. No more little bars of soap that do not last, installed on the wall in the shower were the most delicious (I think a lemon scent) smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash in large dispensers. Same for the hand soap and body lotion next to the sink. Breakfast was complimentary (thank God after a week of $7 Lenders bagels). Coffee, mmmmmm. smallish western omelets but no worry, Ill go back for a second one! breads and muffins, and I believe waffles or pancakes which I did not try. exactly 7 minutes to the Salt lake City Airport car rental return. Easy Peazy! Forgot my Hilton Honors number but the front desk girl ( didn't get her name) found it no problem!

I will start by saying that I am a lifelong Hilton Goldstar member and I only stay at Hilton’s I was very disappointed. First off where the location is. There is nothing out there generally when you’re by an airport, there may be a restaurant to go to that you can get drinks. There was nothing out here. It’s desolate. Second of all service was so subpar there’s one person managing the whole location so three times once when I checked in and two other times, there was nobody at the front desk to get my check in. It took 40 minutes of waiting. there’s just nobody around. Housekeeping was horrid. They don’t start cleaning the rooms until 530. At least that was my experience on my first day there at Saturday this hotel needs some serious maintenance housekeeping does a poor job. I found a pubic hair in the shower. I have a picture. The thermostat on the wall did not work correctly. There’s no paying attention to detail on this property. I was so disappointed. Breakfast basic breakfast that was fine most everything was out you had to tell the person behind the counter. They’re oblivious they get irritated because they have 100 things to do because they’re all by themselves and they flash you attitude would never stay here ever ever ever again.

Room was good but needed better lighting system. Needed more space for luggage, another luggage rack would have been nice. At times the lobby was so noisy as they had a pool table near the reception desk and the reception area could be loud. However, our plane was delayed and we were allowed to keep our room for 8 hours at a very reduced rate so we didn't have to spend hours at the airport in Salt Lake City

I missed my connecting flight, so I had to get a hotel and I decided to stay here. Honestly, this place was fantastic. They have a quick shuttle to pick you up from the airport and drop you back off. The room was extremely clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. If you need a place to stay for the night, I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here with our kids on our drive back to Texas and we were so impressed! The rooms were great and the pool was awesome, but what stood out to us was the staff. Every single staff member we came across was overly friendly, helped us with our needs, and fun to our kids. Additionally, they have great amenities like a patio with games, indoor pool and hot tub, and a great location. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, it’s where we’ll book!
