The desk attendant was very helpful, but the hotel was a mess. We started by trying to throw away some trash, but our room did not have a trash can. We attempted to pick up the phone to request the front desk for one, we learned that the phone cord was cut. Thankfully, the attendant brought us one after a short wait as we realized we did not have a remote for the TV. He took us downstairs and gave us two remotes, however, there was still no connection. We gave up. There was also no gym or pool access due to some odd renovations. Thank you to the man working tonight, but the owner clearly has some priorities to straighten out. Otherwise, the lobby was cute.

Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel when I was met with piss stains all over my mattress after driving 36 hours from florida to here, spending $600 on 6 nights (sounds like a good deal) could see the months of unkept and uncleaned stains bleeding through the sheets and mattress as a whole. After complaining to the short staffed volunteer that was filling in for the manager, I was given the access to two other rooms that were in just as horrible conditions: blood and feces stains on mattress, pee stains on toilet, a tub that was unable to drain water—causing mold and clogged drains—hair was found all over the floor and walls, the second room had no mattress protector meaning people are sleeping on a straight BED which is also COVERED IN STAINS AND BLOOD!!! The third room had a pull out as it was a suite but was left unmade with crumbs scattered around the sheets, same room had wrappers and an eye mask behind the bed. The room I was given first has ripped up paint and water damage on the wall with the window and the bathroom sink has no protection or correct piping leaving the room with a smell of sewer. If you choose to stay here please check your mattress underneath of the protector (because it’s obviously not helping the case given photos) and don’t waste your money and hygiene!!

Booked a king size bed with a hot tub in the room.... received a queen size bed with a "garden soaking" in other words the jets didnt work. Stained mattress pads with menstrual blood. The tv was not HD and the direct tv box didnt work correctly with lines across the tv. It was next to the exit and stairs. Very noisy. When i "complained" i was basically told it is what it is by the lady with the black eye at the front desk. I then asked to speak with the manager, who then said theyve asked the 3rd party booking to change the listing. Said on my 3rd and last nights stay i could have my king size bed, working hot tub in the room and reimbursement for my first 2 nights stay. Have yet to see reimbursement. Also, the breakfast sucked, basically cold cereal and waffles. There is no gym, pool or hot tub as advertised either. When i entered my room for my last nights stay, i found cold, standing water in the hot tub with dead ants in the water. My lock bolt didnt work, the arm that closes the door got stuck on top of door so i had to push it up to get it to even close. They came and cleaned the tub, did not fox my door either. Not satisfied with my stay. Its dirty & unsafe

This is a drive motel, the 80$ isn't worth it. TV did not work. Coffee maker didn't work. All the bathroom cupboards rattle whenever someone walks down the hall. Staff member was smoking pot right outside the front door stinking up the breezeway and people had to walk though it. Definitely avoid this place.

My husband and i have been staying here for about 3 years we go visit our kids and grandchildren they live close to the hotel , rooms are good for the price we cant complain. The new front desk gentleman they hired is very attentive and keeps the lobby clean and is welcoming to everyone. Employees like that are hard to find now a days some are just straight up Rude.

Fantastic rates. Dog friendly. Comfortable beds. Waffles at Continental breakfast. My personal favorite: FANTASTIC COFFEE/ESPRESSO MACHINE AVAILABLE IN LOBBY 24/7 ? We'll be back ?

We used this hotel for a book convention we had in the salt palace. It's an ok place location wise. But everything else about the hotel was horrible. We booked it because they had a fitness center and a hot tub/pool. Well the fitness center is a room full of boxes like a storage room and the pool/hottub was closed for unknown reasons and they don't know if it will be back. The room has a lot of space but the beds were hard, pillows are tiny and there is no microwave or ironing board. There is also no hairdryer. The toilet was leaking and we told the front desk. They said ok and did nothing else about it. Oh and the breakfast they serve is stale cereal. Toast (the bread is wrapped individually). Crumby and tasteless store bought mini blueberry muffins. And waffles. So overall I would never stay here again.

The rooms arnt too bad. Theyre outdated and some stains in the bathtub. The beds dip down quiet a bit when you sit/lay down compared to normal beds. There are some TV channels and good internet. 1 receptionist didnt seem like she cared about working here but another was really nice later in the day. Not many parking spots and they can get tight. Good pricing. The only thing that bothered me was someone trying to open our room door at 5am and again at 8am. Luckily we used the extra lock on the door but the workers should really knock before just trying to enter an occupied room.

I spent 3 nights here. The staff is truly incredible! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I had my cat and he was welcomed as well. The location is close to restaurants, convenience stores, nail salon, and shopping. Our room was large, nice and bright, furnishings were really nice. The bed and pillows were fresh and so comfy. The air conditioning was on point, the shower was clean and had great pressure. Housekeeping checked in every day to see if I needed anything, the garbage was emptied every morning. I recommend mm

I stayed here 4 times. The front desk is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. The price is great. They are in the process with renovation to make this hotel even nicer. I recommend this hotel
