The gem of the City! First off the location of this hotel and all the amenities are the best! It’s is conveniently located by the SLC airport with access to all the great shopping and beautiful views of the mountains. The service and customer service is 2nd to none! Front desk, management and housekeeping 5Stars out of 5stars! The facilities beautiful as we attended a wedding, and we had a room here and no noise or crazy people, had an awesome breakfast! This hotel has it all! worth a quick get away to enjoy peace and comfort. We travel at least 100 nights in the year and we stay all over the world and this hotel staff will rival any staff in the industry! GREAT JOB! THANK YOU HAMPTON INN and SUITES SLC!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

I was visiting this place and I noticed how old the lobby looks. It also reaked of sour milk! I chose to go somewhere else much cleaner and better!! I also experienced a rude interaction with the GM named Sunshine.

I booked the room for my wife who got stuck at the airport over night. She said "the driver (Mel) who picked her up at the airport was amazing, friendly and kind". She made her feel comfortable, and nothing more to worry about. The agent (Kala) at the front desk was also very friendly and sympathetic to my wife’s predicament. She left a message for the morning person to prepare and breakfast bag for her since she was leaving at 4:30am. The driver in the morning Marcus was also amazing. He got her to the airport in a timely manner and spoke to all of us and even joked around to make us all comfortable. You have great staff that took care of my wife with professionalism, caring and kindness. Thank you all for my wife’s great experience.

Rooms were spacious and renovated. There was a little leak of water from roof in the bathroom and the flush in the toilet needed manual intervention everytime we flush to stop the water. Other than these small observations, everything else is amazing. Breakfast was very nice

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I travel for work, and I can say this is the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve ever been to, as well as the nicest for this type of hotel I’ve ever been to! The hotel has been recently renovated. It looks brand new. Just beautiful. Everything is super clean. I had a king suite upgrade. Gorgeous room. Pretty quiet except for some slight traffic noise outside. I love that the doors don’t slam. They have a mechanical arm that makes them close quietly. (Idk how to describe this). The breakfast is really great. The ladies that work in there are great. The front desk are also really great. All super friendly. We just stayed there for quick overnights to and from the airport. But I really, really loved this place!

We stayed fie couple nights and had a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, neat rooms ,decent breakfast. A very good experience overall.

Our stay itself was good. The room was nice and the breakfast was awesome! I would advise against using their parking and shuttle service. We waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport, and each time we called we were assured the shuttle was on its way and would be there in just a few minutes. It finally arrived an hour and 15 minutes after we first called. Once we finally got back there was a nice big scratch on our car waiting for us ?
