The Quality Inn Draper offers a budget-friendly option with decent amenities and a convenient location near the highway. However, recent reviews highlight inconsistent service, cleanliness issues, and noise concerns, especially related to highway traffic. While some guests appreciate the included breakfast and comfortable beds, significant problems with room conditions and staff behavior have been reported.

Lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. I ask a simple question about how did she come up with the price that was $600 and she had the worst attitude ever. If you cant answer a simple question or control your emotions then you should find a different profession. I understand everyone has their days but come one now. When I ask for your manager you just hung up on me like what? Is this a little kid working here because she was acting like a child with a tantrum. So if you see this quit because your not fit for the job miss. Just cause your day was bad doesn't mean you can make everyone's day bad as well. Never going to Quality Inn, thanks and have a good day.

The good: So cheap! Maybe the best cheap to clean/safe ratio I've stayed at. Comfortable bed. Great parking. Easy to find. Quiet. The bad: In room coffee option was the worst I've ever had and I don't know what time they put out lobby coffee, but it isn't before 6:30am! No daily housekeeping except by request and the singular day I requested it, it wasn't complete by the time I returned at 5pm. Would definitely stay again. Just plan ahead for your first coffee of the day needs.

I stayed at the Quality Inn for Immersion week during nursing school at Joyce University and found the rooms comfortable and clean. There was minimal noise from other guests, and the in-room refrigerator and microwave were convenient. It was a relief to have a washer and dryer on the second floor so I could wash my uniforms during the week. I was able to try the free breakfast on my last day, and it was a literal smorgasbord. The sausage, eggs, and waffles were delicious, and the coffee hit just right. The pool and hot tub weren't busy and seemed clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would come here again. Thank you for making my week a little less stressful.

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We had heard the hot tub was being worked on but they happened to get it finished just before we arrived. The hot breakfast, waffles, sausages, cheese omelets , muffins. Fruit and cereal bar made for a nice start to each day. This hotel is located near a variety of stores and places to eat, with easy access to the freeway. We would highly recommend this hotel and plan to come back.

It's MID at best .. the breakfast is boring not a lot of options. The rooms are tiny we asked for a portable bed but had nowhere to put it it blocked the bathroom door and the room door when it was open the window wouldn't close and the screen fell out when I was trying to close it .

The service was fantastic. The room is nice, but it's starting to show its age. One thing they need to do is move the coffee pot and ice bucket out of the bathroom. It's gross being in there. ??

Don’t Stay Here!! They charged our card for an already existing damaged wall and are now refusing to give us our money back. There was a giant hole in the wall prior to our stay. There is mold on The ceiling in the bathroom above the showers. Bed skirts were filthy. Rooms were freezing when we checked in. Rooms are very loud from the interstate. There general manager is basically impossible to get ahold of and communicate with. A total scam of a hotel! I would not recommend This place to anyone! Overall a terrible experience

This hotel is disgusting. The floors are so filthy they turn your feet black and feel slimy. The bathroom was not clean and had yellow stains on the toilet and black stains in the shower and on the walls. One of the lights didn't work and repeatedly flickered when we turned it on. There is no fan in the bathroom so good luck getting dried off in decent time. The room also had 3 massive spiders in it- 1 that was dead on the ceiling and didn't get cleaned before we checked into the room. The bed smelled clean but the sheets and pillows were stained. The air conditioner was also disgusting and was covered in dust and grime. The room smelled musty and felt very humid. Aside from the disgusting conditions of the room, management decided it was a good idea to call our room at 10:30 at night, long after I had gotten my 4 year old to sleep. The manager woke us all up and told us that he had received a noise complaint from someone that was standing outside of the room listening at our door. When I told the manager that we were all asleep and had been in bed for at least an hour, he didn't apologize for waking us. I spent the next 45 minutes getting my 4 year old back to sleep. I had a class the next morning and had to be awake by 4am. This was an incredibly frustrating experience that negatively impacted my performance in my labs the next day. If you want a good night's sleep, don't stay here. If you want a clean hotel room, don't stay here. If you want to wake up without spiders hanging over your head, don't stay here.

We came here after a wedding because the price was excellent and came with breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was pretty comfortable. The shower was very clean and modernized. The breakfast was my favorite part. They had a lot of options for what we paid, and i absolutely loved the waffle maker and peanut butter. It was my absolute favorite.

Room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable and saggy. Room was right by freeway. Keep ac on or bring something to play music to drown it out. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy.
