My parents stay here when they come to visit and we spend a lot of time at the hotel. Great rooms with kitchenette, average service and breakfast. Love the indoor pool though, the water is always warm and the hot tub is actually hot. Exceptional value for the price.

Erik was so very helpful to us when we needed not one but two pack n plays last weekend. He had them taken to our room, set up and waiting for our very tired grandchildren. Thank you Erik @TownePlace Suites in Draper!

Looks like its a newer hotel in the area, and it's VERY nice! Clean, quiet - nice accommodations. The breakfast was good quality, too. Every staff member has been super friendly, too. ? We are pleased with this choice.

Very clean and nice rooms and staff Construction starts early so don’t plan on sleeping in. Breakfast was closed up early so didn’t get to eat. Also 8 am housekeeping let themselves in after knocking like 2 times very quickly. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep in. Or eat breakfast

The manager, Yoli and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very good customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Yoli for attending to my concerns. It is rear to find staff that cares. Good job!

Super convenient location, there is currently some construction outside. The staff and service were wonderful and I would be happy to stay here again. Rooms are great for what I needed, they have a fridge and a little stove etc. practically a studio apartment in LA!

We’ve stayed at Marriott Hotels all over the US and this is by far one of my favorite. This place is top notch. What makes it so awesome are the people that works here. Everybody is nice, accommodating. Always helps you with a smile. Customer service is impeccable. The hotel is spotless. Housekeeping is superb. I have no complaints about this hotel. We stayed for about 2 months here. They make you feel home. Salute to all the people that works. You are all awesome.

I’ve stayed at the hotel for 26 days. It’s been more than two weeks since I’ve moved out and the hotel still hasn’t returned the deposit. I physically came to the front desk 3 times to figure out why my money wasn’t returned yet and every time they said that it was going to return the following week. I cannot recommend this hotel and their false system!

Stayed here after having a medical procedure done. The location was close to where I needed to be. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was great to bring more pillows and an extra blanket. The kitchenette was good but didn’t realize it didn’t have an oven of some sort (bought a frozen pizza at the grocery store ?) TV is in an odd spot, but overall very happy with the location. Complimentary breakfast included.

After our home is foreclosed on we found ourselves at this hotel thinking that it was going to be a nice breath of fresh air for our new beginning however it turned out to be your worst nightmare that has left us emotionally scarred for life. The rooms were nice and clean. I am a disabled veteran and so I felt that there was enough room inside the rooms for my motorized scooter that I have to use for my mobility however I have never been so disrespected by front staff and the manager Jessica Bishop to be exact in my life. After staying for two whole weeks not having no problem with our payments and everything. Then one day my fiance is trying to fill up U-Hauls at a truck stop with gas and notices that are bank account has been frozen in the debit card has been disabled trying to find out the hotel was charging our card random amounts for over $100 each multiple times to our bank cut our card off when I went to the front to ask about this and about their procedure for billing I was just rudely disregarded and no explanation to as why this was going on or did I even owed anything.it wasn't 2 days later that Jessica appeared in our room telling my fiance to get her from a dead sleep and to pack our things and leave because the hotel is booked and they don't have a room for us anymore we have to go and the stupid help Us pack our stuff in trash bags to get us out of the room. We don't pack our things in trash bags I felt it because we had shared the information of us being foreclosed on that she was treating us as if we were trash now. Then this lady charged our debit card $572 extra after we checked out days after we checked out for two extra days $100 miscellaneous charge and then $100 room charge with all the taxes. Jessica should not be allowed to have any control or ability to have a access to guest personal banking or credit information. I feel she just runs the card for whatever she can. Not once for we ever asked if we were okay or if we need anything. This is by far the worst stay we have ever had and have already detoured numerous of our friends that came into town to help us move our 1.3 million home from staying here. There is no way I will allow anyone I love to be treated the way we was. This hotel needs to rethink their management because even though there's a million good reviews there is Jessica there to make sure that the nightmare is delivered.
