We are so glad we found this hotel! We wish we could've stayed longer than one night. The king room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, which was great after a long travel day. The shower was wonderful, the water pressure and hygiene products were 10/10. Staff were very welcoming and kind. The view of the snowy mountains did not disappoint! Breakfast in the morning was delicious! Options were eggs, home fries, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels/toast/english muffins, fruit, yogurt, and more. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and enjoying it as much as we did!

Beautiful Hotel, first time stay. Very immaculate rooms , clean , very spacious and very comfortable bedding. Nice Mountain views, great friendly staff. Pool, Gym , work area , great place to stay . Definitely will stay again. Restaurants nearby , walking distance, Bowling, shopping, near Mall Plaza ... Great room rates ...

Overall, my experience at this SpringHill Suites location was good. The customer service team, including housekeeping was great. During the stay the hot water was incredibly inconsistent, and I often found myself taking a “warm”, never really “hot” shower, which did effect my overall experience since I was staying for a week. The a/c heater unit in the room would turn on by itself, blowing cold air, even when it was turned off which was inconvenient. However, when it was addressed with a customer service representative they ensured a maintenance team member was there to look at it within a couple of minutes. The room, bed and bathroom were clean and newer. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

The hotel itself is absolutely great. The staff is something else. Needs a lot of training making sure they treat everybody equally. Somehow the tall big lady (so called supervisor or whatever) came in the 3rd day of our stay. Asked her to extend our stay. She then tried to run my card. Fraud alert came in I responded to that she ran it again it went through. Next day we were eating breakfast. I was in the gym with my two teeage boys. They might be short but they’re both 13-14. So i was inside with them. I went out to finish my coffee then was talking to my husband for a bit, i saw a white lady came out of the gym went snitch to the big white lady at the front desk, i saw them walking towards the gym and chase my boys out. Mind you i saw the whole thing happened. Next thing i know they claimed that theres complaint from other guest which is a big fat lie.

The location is excellent, right next to the freeway and you have all the food you could want within 5 minutes of the hotel (don’t sleep on Handels ice cream). The staff were wonderful. When the dryer wasn’t working they just had us put our laundry in the big staff dryer and even offered to bring it up when it was done. Breakfast was always good and there was plenty of it. The room was spacious and clean and made our stay comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beware of trying to wash clothes here the dryer there’s no other word for it but it sucks. I had half a load in there for 2 1/2 hours and it’s still damp. Don’t try to wash clothes here. My room looks like a laundry mat omg very disappointed, considering the hotel and the rate I would expect first class especially a dryer that can work lol I’ve had $50 washer before that worked a lot better than this one ,

We arrived at this hotel at around 2:00 a.m. after an 8 to 9 hour drive, exhausted and just wanting to check in and rest. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk set the tone for a very uncomfortable stay. (The room was under my husband’s name) The night clerk (white guy, blonde hair, working on Friday Nov 21 into 22) was incredibly unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. He told us that his card processing system “wasn’t working” and insisted on walking us to our room, yet the card worked perfectly once we arrived upstairs. It felt less like a technical issue and more like he wanted to monitor or follow us, which was unsettling. Once we were in the room, he told us to “calm them down,” while getting settled after a long trip with our children. as if we were intentionally agitating our children, completely unnecessary and inappropriate, unwelcoming, rude, condescending. When my husband stepped outside briefly to park the car, the same clerk followed him outside and watched him in a very uncomfortable, intrusive way. Then followed him back inside when he came back in. Definitely someone who needs training in customer service and verbal communication. Overall, instead of hospitality, we were met with suspicion and surveillance. At 2 a.m., after a long day of travel, this is the last thing anyone wants to deal with. We did not feel welcomed, and we certainly did not feel at ease in a place where we were supposed to rest. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property, especially for families or anyone looking for a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room itself wasn’t much better. Cold air was coming in all night, and we later discovered that the window has a noticeable gap in the middle, which makes the room incredibly drafty and does not feel safe, especially for families with children.

Very close to my office which is fantastic. Have gas station and food in walking distance and close to the highway prefect location. Clean and free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Only complaint was the last time I stay the bed was a little hard. Very minor issue but still highly recommended this location best price for most update hotel.

Have a shopping mall, Costco, and multiple restaurants close by. Walking distance to the local light rail station. Great for business stay and visiting parents kind of trip.

Worst hotel experience EVER. I Experienced the rudest, most unprofessional staff! I was charged $250, $100, and then $80 on top of the $200 I already paid. I wouldn’t wish this absolute NIGHTMARE on anybody! Waited in the front for over 30 minutes without staff caring to find any resolutions. They just proceeded to make the situations worse. Will NEVER be back. Apparently you’re not allowed to be a hard working, vacationing adult here? The staff will make assumptions and harass you and lie to you that the Police are coming (they can’t do anything if you have a reservation). Management and staff is a joke!
