This property offers a solid location with convenient airport shuttles and serving staff, but suffers from significant issues regarding building maintenance, extreme noise levels from aircraft and insufficient soundproofing, and inconsistent cleanliness. Recent guests report mixed experiences ranging from luxurious comfort to allegations of rudeness and property decay.

Radisson hotel was an amazing stay. From the minute I walked in at a time that was late0100. Mr John got me booked and check in quickly and comfortably. I wish I had more time to stay longer. I loved my stay and even though it was one service man. He was is a great service man.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here, the staff was incredibly rude. The travel service messed up my dates and my reservation ended the day before it was supposed to. However that being said I thought it would just be extended another day on the company card. However they decided to come barg into my room while I was sleeping a little after midnight. And demand I pay but they wouldn’t accept cash or my debit card. Wouldn’t even let me sit in the lobby while I was trying to figure it out. While being incredibly rude the whole time. Rooms were dingy to I highly doubt they are washing the bedding adequately. Other than being by the airport I would highly not recommend.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. Towels are falling apart, the whole room is dirty (floors, bathroom, the sheets are ok), stupid pillows, the amount of cold air coming through the windows is crazy. The heater makes a loud sound all night when it turns on. The planes are loud, outside is the ghetto. You can't charge anything to your room, everything is separate (bar, breakfast, mini store). The water pressure is amazing, the room has a good refrigerator and microwave and the people are really nice. You choose. Also, the sink and toilet are super low to the floor, its weird. This place is memorable, ill give it that.

Great location and friendly staff, but the building is clearly poorly maintained by management. With my room door closed and locked, the bottom half was still so open you could easily see through into the hallway (or into the room from the hallway). I had to hang a towel over the crack, but sound still got in from people in the hallway. Made for a poor night's sleep. Spend an extra $30 and stay at a different hotel airport. You'll sleep better.

My flight had gotten delayed and I needed a quick place to stay. As soon as my partner and I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, the cleanliness, and amazed by the king suite! So many nice amenities and the breakfast was very good as well.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport had disappointment written all over it. On the positive side, Paul at the front desk was very welcoming, and Keval at the restaurant was attentive and friendly. However, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The food quality was poor. I ordered a bean salad with shrimp, and was charged $7 for just five tiny pieces of shrimp. My colleagues also commented that the barbecue chicken salad was not good (with quantity being a big disappointment for the price that was paid against the same). The next morning, one of them ordered coffee and received what was essentially a watered-down version of coffee. The room itself had several maintenance issues: the faucet fixture in the sink was loose, the toilet's cistern tank moved, and the shower head attachment wasn't secured to the wall and kept shifting. On top of that, the bedside lamps had loose switches, and I had to angle my charging plugs and adapters just to get them to work when connected to the lamp outlets. The gym was decent in terms of equipment, but had an unpleasant smell. There was no drinking water available, and the faucet inside didn't work. While the staff members I interacted with were welcoming, the poor food, room maintenance issues, and lack of amenities made this a below-average stay. Definitely not what I would expect from a Radisson.

After a LONG day of canceled flights, it was so lovely to be picked up from the airport by their shuttle, brought to a warm room with an outstanding mattress and soft sheets. I actually googled the mattress and may buy one. The room was clean and I got great rest. The staff were super attentive and kind. From the shuttle driver to the front desk, to the breakfast attendant. I will definitely stay here again if providence strands me in SLC.

- No hot water - Rooms noisy and falling apart - Car window bashed in and burgled in their parking garage - No refund Looks great from the outside, and their sister hotels frequently have good reviews. Inside, the rooms are falling apart. My first room was adjacent to an air conditioner that was rattling all night long. I moved rooms at 3am and paid for an upgrade to a suite, figuring it had to be better. Turns out the suites are also falling apart (un painted / patched drywall work, drywall dust on the carpet, peeling wallpaper, AC that seemed to be stuck on). There was no hot water for the 3 days I was stuck there. The fire alarm went off at 5am for several minutes one of the nights I was there. Finally my car was broken into and burgled in the parking garage. When asked about the "security cameras" in the parking garage for the police report, I was told there was no recording. Checked out two days early. I was told as I was checking out that they had issued a refund through the booking agency (Super.com). When the refund never hit, I checked with Super, and was told I need a written document with several required pieces of information. So I'm guessing they didn't actually submit a refund.

Stayed here with a voucher for a delayed flight. Hotel was fine, it was clean enough. The room definitely has some flaws, dings, and dents. Breakfast was minimal. I wasn't able to use the toaster or waffle maker because of how busy it was. They might need to add more of those. The breakfast attendant was very nice and worked hard. All the staff was friendly.

So what I saw online was a beautiful fancy hotel but no that is not what I got it was more like a ghetto looking hotel. There is was hair on the pillows when I first looked, there was down there hair when I reached for the towel in the bathroom, going into the bathroom it reeeked of stank and it was musty and not what I was expecting. Sadly this was a birthday trip so a bit disappointing but that’s ok they just need to do better. Also the rook service banged on the door at 9am when our check was at 12 and we’re were packing up already.
