We returned to this Radisson because we had a great stay last year and appreciated the hospitality and rooms. Unfortunately, this business-trip stay was completely different. After checking in around 6 PM on June 21, we found that the AC in our room was not working. We reported it before dinner and followed up again later that night, only to be told the AC was broken. Instead of offering a room change or sending someone to inspect it, the front desk said they could give us a fan for the night and possibly move us the next day. Around midnight, when the room became very warm, we called for the fan but were told to come downstairs and collect it ourselves. When I asked whether we had booked an air-conditioned room, the receptionist said he would check and get back to us. Instead, he began helping other guests and did not follow up. When I reminded him, he told us to wait because there was a queue and said we should have joined it. No one offered to move us, inspect the room, or make any real effort to resolve the issue. We had driven from Montana to Utah and booked in advance so we could rest before work the next day. Instead, we had to sleep in a hot room with a loud fan. A working AC is a basic service in a room advertised and booked as air-conditioned. This was a serious failure in both maintenance and customer service, especially compared with the excellent experience we had here previously.

Stay away!!! Dirty and falling apart. The room smelled, wallpaper peeling off the wall, the tile in the bathroom was dirty and the caulking looked like it was repaired 10 times. The AC did NOT blow cold air and the thermostat was falling off the wall. The carpet in the hallways was dirty with dust and dirt built up in all the corners by the doors and walls. The staff in the restaurant was another joke; the service was so bad we walked out. This place is completely miss managed with no care at all for upkeep and obviously no care for their customers. Save yourself the horror and stay away!!! We will never return here.

The issues with our stay began upon arrival. After landing, we called the hotel to request the airport shuttle. The front desk agent, Avi, informed us that the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. After waiting outside the airport for approximately 30 minutes, we called again and were told the shuttle was only 10 minutes away. Ultimately, my group of five waited outside for nearly an hour before we were able to contact the shuttle driver directly. The driver apologized and informed us that Avi had never contacted him to arrange our pickup. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, Avi eventually appeared and approached us with an unprofessional attitude. Later that evening, I returned to the front desk to request a room change for Room 140 because there were red stains on the bed sheets and the pillowcases appeared dirty. Avi immediately stated that there were no available rooms. This was surprising, as our group had been asked during check-in whether we preferred king or queen rooms, which suggested there was some room availability. Since a room change was not possible, I requested clean sheets. Avi responded that he did not have anyone available to change them and insisted on inspecting the sheets himself. He came to the room, took photographs of the stained bedding, and then left without providing any explanation. When he returned, he brought replacement sheets that appeared just as dirty as the originals. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property’s upkeep is unacceptable, and the level of customer service was extremely poor throughout our stay. To make matters worse, on the morning of June 15, I woke up and found a roach in my room. Overall, the condition of the hotel, combined with the lack of professionalism and customer service, made for a very disappointing and unacceptable stay. I will be reaching out to the GM Alex directly!

First I want to say how nice the people at the front desk were. They were nice & tried very hard. I still cannot recommend this hotel. It is shabby & neglected..... Our first stay was ok. Our stay upon return was not great. Our first room the TV did not work. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and told us he would give us a suite room with a patio. The room was not very clean, the bathroom is had pieces of plaster on the floor from it chipping off. The AC did not work at all but the heat worked fine lol It was 78 degrees on the room so we tried to open the windows. They would not open.....at all. We opened the sliding door (fought to get it open)to the patio. This at least helped to cool the room down but I could not get the sliding door to close no matter how many times I tried. We ended up sleeping with it open a few inches. We left it open when we checked out. Like I said they are the very nice but this hotel needs some maintenance & care.

Radisson hotel was an amazing stay. From the minute I walked in at a time that was late0100. Mr John got me booked and check in quickly and comfortably. I wish I had more time to stay longer. I loved my stay and even though it was one service man. He was is a great service man.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here, the staff was incredibly rude. The travel service messed up my dates and my reservation ended the day before it was supposed to. However that being said I thought it would just be extended another day on the company card. However they decided to come barg into my room while I was sleeping a little after midnight. And demand I pay but they wouldn’t accept cash or my debit card. Wouldn’t even let me sit in the lobby while I was trying to figure it out. While being incredibly rude the whole time. Rooms were dingy to I highly doubt they are washing the bedding adequately. Other than being by the airport I would highly not recommend.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. Towels are falling apart, the whole room is dirty (floors, bathroom, the sheets are ok), stupid pillows, the amount of cold air coming through the windows is crazy. The heater makes a loud sound all night when it turns on. The planes are loud, outside is the ghetto. You can't charge anything to your room, everything is separate (bar, breakfast, mini store). The water pressure is amazing, the room has a good refrigerator and microwave and the people are really nice. You choose. Also, the sink and toilet are super low to the floor, its weird. This place is memorable, ill give it that.

Great location and friendly staff, but the building is clearly poorly maintained by management. With my room door closed and locked, the bottom half was still so open you could easily see through into the hallway (or into the room from the hallway). I had to hang a towel over the crack, but sound still got in from people in the hallway. Made for a poor night's sleep. Spend an extra $30 and stay at a different hotel airport. You'll sleep better.

My flight had gotten delayed and I needed a quick place to stay. As soon as my partner and I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, the cleanliness, and amazed by the king suite! So many nice amenities and the breakfast was very good as well.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport had disappointment written all over it. On the positive side, Paul at the front desk was very welcoming, and Keval at the restaurant was attentive and friendly. However, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The food quality was poor. I ordered a bean salad with shrimp, and was charged $7 for just five tiny pieces of shrimp. My colleagues also commented that the barbecue chicken salad was not good (with quantity being a big disappointment for the price that was paid against the same). The next morning, one of them ordered coffee and received what was essentially a watered-down version of coffee. The room itself had several maintenance issues: the faucet fixture in the sink was loose, the toilet's cistern tank moved, and the shower head attachment wasn't secured to the wall and kept shifting. On top of that, the bedside lamps had loose switches, and I had to angle my charging plugs and adapters just to get them to work when connected to the lamp outlets. The gym was decent in terms of equipment, but had an unpleasant smell. There was no drinking water available, and the faucet inside didn't work. While the staff members I interacted with were welcoming, the poor food, room maintenance issues, and lack of amenities made this a below-average stay. Definitely not what I would expect from a Radisson.
